Every natural person can freely transfer foreign currency abroad without opening an account, provided that it does not exceed the equivalent of 1000 (thousand) US dollars within 1 transaction day.
Domestic money transfers are held in custody if not requested within 40 days and remain in custody until requested by the sender. If the sender requests it, it will be returned regardless of the date. When the money transfer is taken from the bank, the customer must approach the branch manager and present his identity card. After identification, the money transfer is paid to the recipient. This process is carried out at the request of the sender.
If the transfer is not received by the recipient, the fee is not refunded.
In the case of the death of the recipient, the money transfer can be returned at the request of the sender or paid to the legal heir of the recipient according to notarized documents.
Each person can receive a money transfer in his name only by presenting his ID card.
